Underwater hockey, is a globally played limited-contact sport in which two teams compete to manoeuvre a puck across the bottom of a swimming pool into the opposing team’s goal by propelling it with a hockey stick.

You will need: Diving mask; snorkel; pool fins. (Bring 1 red shirt and 1 blue shirt) so when teams are selected you can choose your kit colour.

You may want: Optional – protective gloves.. 🙂

We provide: pusher, underwater puck & referee.
